Cold rain after 2 nights of freeze on the mountain, cold
rain today, tomorrow snow showers, I contemplate how rough the past year or so
has been: health issues of ultimate ends - several departed, several waiting
their turn, loved ones in dire distresses of various kinds... & I still
breathe. My time is not yet. My work not yet over. And now as the darkening
season grows toward winter, the otherworld calls me to deepen my vision of this
precious earth & all life here, all I love. May all be enfolded in deep
peace of mind & heart despite all. ~ Daphne Yvonne Bradshaw
